Mines Paris – PSL is committed to promoting a professional environment based on ethics, transparency, and compliance with rules. In this context, the institution has set up an internal reporting system in accordance with the law of December 9, 2016, allowing anyone (staff members, external collaborators, co-contractors, etc.) to report, in good faith and without fear of reprisals, acts constituting a crime, an offense, a threat to the public interest, or a violation of a law or regulation.
Why this device?

Who can report?
Any person who has become aware of facts in the course of their duties or relationship with Mines Paris – PSL, including former staff members, job applicants, interns, members of the Board of Directors, co-contractors, and their employees.
How to report?
Reports must be sent in writing to the dedicated address:

A specific form is available to facilitate the transmission of information. The author of the report will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within three business days and will be informed of the action taken within a maximum of three months.
What facts can be reported?
- Crimes or offenses.
- Threats or harm to the public interest.
- Violations of laws, regulations, or international commitments.
Protection and confidentiality
Mines Paris – PSL guarantees:
- The confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and the persons mentioned.
- Protection against retaliation (dismissal, discrimination, harassment, etc.).
- Impartial and transparent handling of reports.
Exclusions
Facts covered by national defense secrecy, medical confidentiality, or attorney-client privilege cannot be reported through this system.
