Transparency of partnerships
Mines Paris – PSL aims to publish a list of its collaborations with its corporate partners, along with a general description of the areas of research involved.
Through its Foundation, it will also publish a list of its corporate sponsors, specifying how their funds are used. This list will be available here shortly.
In both cases, it complies with the public policy and contractual framework governing the confidentiality of collaborations, whether to protect privacy, national defense secrets, or business confidentiality.
Access to administrative documents
Access to administrative documents is regulated. The School complies with the regulations in force.
The Commission for Access to Administrative Documents (CADA) is an independent administrative authority responsible for ensuring freedom of access to administrative documents and public archives, as well as the reuse of public information. It may be referred to by individuals (natural or legal persons) who have been refused access to administrative documents or reuse of public information. The commission may also be consulted for advice by the administrations requested in these matters.
