The webinar “When climate issues shake up companies: models, governance and indicators” will take place online on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm, with time for questions and answers for participants.
Theme:
Today’s companies are faced with new challenges related to climate change and sustainable development. Climate issues are disrupting and redefining business models, influencing governance structures and requiring new performance indicators.
The speakers:
- Kevin LEVILLAIN | Teacher-Researcher at CGS Mines Paris – PSL ; He will be presenting his work on corporate governance models.
He coordinates the work of the Chaire Théorie de l’Entreprise – Modèles de gouvernance & création collective. In 2019, he received the Price of HR book 2019 for his book co-authored with Blanche SEGRESTIN La mission de l’entreprise responsable – Principes et normes de gestion.
- Alexandre RAMBAUD | Associate Professor at AgroParisTech-CIRED ; he will be presenting his work on ecological corporate accounting.
doctor in mathematics and management science, he is a research associate at Dauphine – PSL and Academic Fellow of the Institut Louis Bachelier. He is co-director of the Chaire Comptabilité écologique et le département Économie et Société at Collège des Bernardins.
- Franck PIGEONNEAU | Teacher-Researcher at CEMEF Mines Paris – PSL
His research activities focus on transfer phenomena and phase transitions in heterogeneous and reactive materials. After completing his PhD in fluid mechanics at the Université Pierre-et-Marie-Curie, he began his career at Saint-Gobain’s Aubervilliers research center, where he worked on the development of numerical simulation tools dedicated to glass furnaces.
