Parallelism in Rwanda

Claude Tadonki, a lecturer and researcher at the Centre de recherche en informatique (CRI) at Mines Paris – PSL, has given a Master 2-level course in parallel programming at the African Institute of Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) in Kigali, Rwanda.

In the second half of March 2023, Claude Tadonki, a teacher-researcher affiliated to the Centre de recherche en informatique (CRI) at Mines Paris – PSL, gave an advanced course in parallel programming at Master 2 level at the African Institute of Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) in Kigali, Rwanda. This was its second participation in this event, the first having taken place during the same period the previous year.

This expertise initiative highlights the CRI’s skills in high-performance computing, a key area for the IT industry and its applications.
