Led by the PERSEE Centre at Mines Paris – PSL, this Specialised Masters is ranked 4th by Eduniversal.

The Specialised Masters in Renewable Energy (MS ENR) at Mines Paris – PSL has confirmed its position as one of the best national courses in renewable energy. This is the result of Eduniversal’s new ranking of the best Masters courses, in which the MS ENR comes a very respectable fourth.

Overall, five courses from Mines Paris – PSL are at the top of their category in this benchmark ranking.

This specialised Masters programme is coordinated by EUREC, the European Association of Renewable Energy Research Centres, and is run in collaboration with eight other European universities and research centres. It offers specialisations in wind energy, photovoltaics, solar thermal energy, marine energy and low-carbon fuels, in Athens, Newcastle, Perpignan, Lisbon and Groningen respectively.

A thousand engineers trained in 20 years

In 2022, the programme celebrated its 20th year of existence, and since its inception has graduated nearly a thousand engineers with expertise in the design, operation, integration and development of renewable energies. The strategic importance of the sector, the international dimension and bilingualism of its graduates, the quality of the courses offered by École des Mines de Paris and the dynamism of the alumni community are other strengths of this international training programme.
