ENR Specialized Master
The Specialized Master’s degree from Mines Paris – PSL offers an opportunity to specialize or acquire dual skills that are immediately operational in the corporate world.
The aim of the Specialized Masters in Renewable Energies (MS ENR) is to train top-level executives for the renewable energies industry. They are distinguished by a solid technical foundation, genuine operational bilingualism and a strong international outlook.
The MS ENR, registered with the RNCP under no. 39725, is available under apprenticeship and professionalization contracts, and is eligible for the CPF and OPCO.
Program
The MS ENR includes 8 months of teaching and a 6-month internship with a written report and oral presentation.
Teaching
Academic teaching is divided into two parts: a core curriculum in French at the Pierre Laffitte Campus of Mines Paris – PSL in Sophia Antipolis, and a specialization in English at one of our partner universities.
A – Core curriculum :
This lasts 4 months and comprises 5 modules: 1) Scientific and technical fundamentals, 2) Solar energy, 3) Wind energy, 4) Bioenergy, 5) Hydraulic energy.
B – Specialization :
Lasts 4 months and can be taken at one of 6 European partner universities:
- Biofuels (Netherlands)
- Wind energy (Greece)
- Solar thermal energy (France)
- Marine energy (Portugal)
- Renewable energy grid integration (Spain)
- Photovoltaic energy (Cyprus)

- Start date: September
- Location: Mines Paris – PSL (Sophia Antipolis, Alpes-Maritimes), then a European university of your choice
- Language: bilingual French (50%) and English (50%)

Professional assignment
This takes place in a company between June and December. The student benefits from double tutoring from industry and academia. The assignment culminates in the writing of a professional thesis, which is defended before an international jury in Brussels.

Target group
