Double degrees in France
Mines Paris – PSL has an extensive network of partners in France, particularly within the PSL University. This network enables students in the civil engineering program to access a wide range of dual-degree programs, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and the expansion of skills.
These programs enable students to develop hybrid career paths, such as research engineer, agricultural engineer, management engineer, architectural engineer, or medical engineer.
Research Engineer
Mines Paris – PSL offers several dual-degree programs in partnership with the Écoles normales supérieures (PSL, Lyon, Paris-Saclay) as well as with ESPCI Paris – PSL.
These dual-degree programs span four years. Students complete the first two years of the civil engineering program at Mines Paris – PSL, then continue their studies at the partner institution while completing additional coursework.
This track is primarily intended for students interested in pursuing careers in research and higher education in scientific disciplines such as mathematics, physics, mechanics, or computer science.

Agricultural Engineer
A dual degree program is offered in partnership with AgroParisTech.
After two years at Mines Paris – PSL, students transfer to AgroParisTech as part of a joint program. Several options are available depending on the track.
Students have access to all the fields of study offered at AgroParisTech.

Engineering Manager
Dual degrees are available in management, in partnership with business schools (HEC, ESCP) or with Paris Dauphine University – PSL.
These programs last four to five years, depending on the track, and allow for progressive specialization, particularly toward the end of the program.
With Paris Dauphine – PSL, several master’s programs are available, including:
- Master 111: International Economics and Development
- Master 203: Market Finance
- Master 225: Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering

Architectural Engineer
A dual degree program is offered in partnership with the École nationale supérieure d’architecture Paris-Malaquais.
The program includes an additional year integrated into the curriculum, typically taken between the second and third years of the engineering program, followed by two additional years corresponding to the master’s level.
Upon completion of the program, students receive both degrees.

Medical Engineer
A dual degree program is currently being developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Health Sciences at Université Paris Cité.
The program is designed to enable students to enter the medical curriculum with course credits applied to the first few years, provided they complete specific health-related courses during their studies at Mines Paris – PSL.
