Admitted 2026 | Applications to Mines Paris – PSL
To complete the administrative registration for the Civil Engineering program, there are several steps you must take before the start of the school year.
In this section, you will find all the information you need to prepare for your arrival, complete your application, and fulfill the required formalities.
Payment of Tuition for 2026–2027
Tuition must be paid to the Accounting Officer of the École nationale supérieure des Mines de Paris (ENSMP), in accordance with the registration fees sent electronically.
Tuition Exemptions for Scholarship Recipients
Scholarship recipients from Mines Paris–PSL, the Fondation Mines Paris, Campus France (BGF, Eiffel), a foreign government, other foundations, or those enrolled in an international dual-degree program are not required to pay tuition.
For scholarship recipients from Campus France (BGF, Eiffel), foreign governments, other foundations, or organizations, proof of eligibility must be provided. This proof must be uploaded to OASIS under the “Administrative” tab.
Payment Methods
Tuition fees can be paid in two ways:
- By credit card: Once your École account has been activated, you can make the payment at the following address: paiement.minesparis.psl.eu
- By bank transfer: The Accounting Officer’s bank details will be sent to you electronically.
If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the ENSMP administration.
CVEC Payment
The CVEC (Student and Campus Life Contribution) is a mandatory fee for all students. To pay it, please visit the CROUS website before the start of the academic year (see note on the CVEC):
https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/
Once payment has been made, upload your proof of payment (or exemption) to OASIS, under the “Attachments” tab. Be sure to enter your CVEC certificate number in the “General Information” tab, in the “CVEC Certificate No.” field.
To attend the first class of the year, make sure your tuition and the CVEC fee are paid before the start of the academic year, which is August 31, 2026.

Scholarship Application
The School’s Civil Engineering program is not affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Research; therefore, its students are not eligible for the CROUS scholarship.
As an alternative to the CROUS scholarship, the School offers a living stipend (for students whose taxable income is in France) or a scholarship from the Mines Paris Foundation (for all students whose parents do not report a reference taxable income in France). This scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship.
The scholarship application is reviewed by the Registrar’s Office. The eligibility criteria and scholarship scales applied are the same as those used by the CROUS.
For students whose parents do not report income in France: Students who do not receive a scholarship from either the French government (ERASMUS, Campus France, Eiffel) or any other organization (foreign government or other) may apply for a scholarship by following this link. The application will be forwarded to the Mines Paris Foundation.
All applications must be completed by September 4, 2026, using this form:
