Round table: Biodiversity and business

Ecological transition
4 December

ISIGE Mines Paris – PSL is organising a round table on biodiversity and business.

Faced with the decline in biodiversity and the deterioration in the ecosystem services on which our societies depend, it has become urgent to take action. Among the various players, businesses have a role to play. This round table will provide an opportunity to review the progress made in terms of initiatives, financial levers and regulations to enable businesses to act in favour of biodiversity.

Our guests will share their views and experiences on these important issues:

• Lina Dechamp, Sustainability Manager, Biodiversity and Stakeholders engagement at MICHELIN

• Juliette Landry, Expert in International Biodiversity Governance at IDDRI.

• David Magnier: Director of the Mission Economie de la Biodiversité (MEB) at CDC BIODIVERSI

This round table will be chaired by:

– Anne Claire Asselin, President of Sayari and expert in Environment and Biodiversity – Sustainable Production and Consumption.

– Emmanuel Garbolino, Senior Researcher at ISIGE Mines Paris PSL, Expert in Biodiversity and Climate Change.
