Meeting between Florence Bonnevay and Bruno Pavie
The FIT2 Chair of Mines Paris-PSL and the Bibliothèque des Mines de Paris invite you to an evening event based around the book Le Capital Seniors (Presses des Mines), with Florence Bonnevay, co-author, and Bruno Pavie, former HR Director of the public works group NGE, our special guest.
At a time when the retirement age is falling and careers are becoming longer, have companies really taken the measure of the value of their experienced employees? Is a specific policy for senior citizens needed, or are measures for everyone more relevant? What concrete actions can be implemented to increase flexibility and inclusion?
The discussion with our guests will be led by Cédric Dalmasso and Sophie Hooge, researchers at the CGS and new holders of the FIT2 Chair.
This meeting will take place on Wednesday 19 March 2025 from 6 to 7.30 pm at the Bibliothèque des Mines de Paris, 60 boulevard Saint-Michel, 75006 Paris.
