A leading figure in contemporary biology and a specialist in symbioses, Marc-André Selosse is an author, lecturer and teacher-researcher at the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle, specialising in botany, ecology and microbiology.
He is particularly renowned for his work on symbioses, especially those involving mycorrhizal fungi, which play a central role in the relationship between plants and soil fungi.
