Following the success of our launch event on 16 January 2024, and after 1 year of development, joint work and sharing, we are pleased to invite you to the Assises de la Démocratie en Organisations (Organisational Democracy Conferences), a day designed to enable us to think together and take concrete action to promote economic citizenship within organisations at the Ecole des Mines de Paris.
We’ll be taking stock of 2024 and looking ahead to the next stage of Agora D.O.D.E.S.’s adventures, with a view to sharing, learning and co-constructing concrete actions. This event will be full of surprises and opportunities for discussion, with a varied and stimulating programme (details to follow), enabling you to :
- Discover inspiring experiences and testimonials on democracy in the workplace.
- Learn about democratic practices in the workplace.
- Work together to draft a plea, with proposals addressed to companies and the political sphere.

Fees:
We are still looking for sponsors, but there is a registration fee to cover some of the costs involved in organising the event (lunch, snacks, audio-video recording, logistics, etc.).
- Standard rate: 50 euros
- Reduced rate: 25 euros (no proof of entitlement required; intended for the unemployed, students, or those for whom the normal rate would be an obstacle, particularly if registration is not covered by their organisation).
If you are not planning to have lunch, don’t hesitate to choose the reduced rate and indicate this in the comments on the form (so that it can be taken into account when ordering from the caterer).
Don’t miss out on the chance to make this event a key moment of democratic transformation!
