Biographie
Jean Levine est un chercheur dont les travaux se concentrent principalement sur la théorie des systèmes non linéaires, avec une expertise marquée dans les concepts de platitude différentielle, de linéarisation par bouclage et de commande sous contraintes. Ses recherches ont évolué autour de l’analyse structurelle des systèmes dynamiques, notamment à travers l’étude des conditions algébriques et géométriques permettant de caractériser la platitude, une propriété clé pour la planification de trajectoires et la commande robuste. Ses contributions incluent des méthodes pour identifier les singularités intrinsèques et apparentes des systèmes plats, ainsi que des applications en épidémiologie, en robotique et en contrôle de systèmes mécaniques ou thermiques.
