Matthieu Glachant

Matthieu Glachant is a professor of economics at Mines Paris – PSL. His research is in the fields of environmental economics and energy economics. His research focuses on green innovation, energy efficiency, climate change mitigation policies, and climate change adaptation, with a strong emphasis on the policy impacts and, more broadly, on contributing to public debate.
He also serves as an expert for various institutions, notably the OECD and the World Bank, and is a member of the National Council for the Circular Economy as well as the French Academy of Technologies.
