Matthieu Glachant

Matthieu Glachant is a professor of economics at Mines Paris – PSL. His research is in the fields of environmental economics and energy economics. Specific areas of expertise include the economics of green innovation, renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste policies, and adaptation to climate change.
He also works with governments, businesses and NGOs on topics of shared interest. He is a Visiting Professor at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at the London School of Economics since 2012 and a member of the the National Academy of Technologies of France
