Initi\u00e9s il y a une trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es dans le cadre du projet europ\u00e9en <a href=\"https:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/project\/id\/JOU20301\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FEVER<\/a> <strong>avec la participation de Renault et Air Liquide<\/strong>, ils se poursuivent depuis plus de quinze ans principalement <strong>en partenariat avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.symbio.one\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Symbio<\/a><\/strong>. Parmi les nombreuses probl\u00e9matiques trait\u00e9es : la recirculation d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, l\u2019humidification de la veine d\u2019air, la gestion thermique du stack et son hybridation \u00e9lectrique. L\u2019Europe et la France misent sur un d\u00e9veloppement massif des \u00e9lectrolyseurs pour d\u00e9carboner l\u2019\u00e9conomie : il est donc crucial que cette technologie soit industrialis\u00e9e \u00e0 un co\u00fbt maitris\u00e9 et sans probl\u00e8me d\u2019approvisionnement. Pour ce faire, le groupe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minesparis.psl.eu\/persee\/page-niveau-1\/materiaux-et-procedes-pour-lenergie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MATPRO<\/a> s\u2019est attel\u00e9, \u00e0 travers plusieurs projets nationaux et europ\u00e9ens (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.minesparis.psl.eu\/actualites\/publication-du-livre-blanc-du-carnot-m-i-n-e-s-produire-stocker-et-utiliser-lhydrogene-soutenir-linnovation-des-acteurs-de-la-filiere-hydrogene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HyTREND<\/a>, MOISE , <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pepr-hydrogene.fr\/projets\/aqua-research-and-energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MATHYLDE<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/project\/id\/779478\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PRETZEL<\/a>), \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les quantit\u00e9s de mat\u00e9riaux rares pr\u00e9sents dans les \u00e9lectrolyseurs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019expertise du groupe MATPRO en mati\u00e8re d\u2019a\u00e9rogels a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 profit pour d\u00e9velopper des mat\u00e9riaux d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes \u00e0 base d\u2019oxydes m\u00e9talliques dop\u00e9s comme support de catalyseur, permettant notamment de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019iridium n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019oxydation de l\u2019eau dans les anodes des cellules d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyseurs \u00e0 membrane \u00e9changeuse de protons (PEM).<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>pyrolyse du m\u00e9thane pour la co-production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne turquoise<\/strong> <strong>et de noir de carbone<\/strong> constitue une autre th\u00e9matique phare du Centre. Elle se concr\u00e9tise par la collaboration long terme avec l\u2019entreprise <a href=\"https:\/\/carbonblack.monolith-corp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MONOLITH <\/a>initi\u00e9e en 2013. Le vecteur hydrog\u00e8ne et son potentiel de flexibilit\u00e9 sont particuli\u00e8rement importants pour l\u2019int\u00e9gration des renouvelables et la d\u00e9carbonisation des syst\u00e8mes. L\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u00e9veloppe des outils de mod\u00e9lisation prospective pour accompagner les d\u00e9cideurs et investisseurs dans la planification des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques de demain, int\u00e9grant production et stockage d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, en particulier \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du bassin industriel, propice \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence de synergies territoriales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ERSEI est notamment partenaire du grand projet collaboratif DEMO-TASE <a href=\"https:\/\/planeterr.fr\/\">PlaneTerr<\/a> avec RTE, GRT Gaz, Air Liquide et Total Energies.<\/strong> Ce projet traite du couplage sectoriel, des synergies entre vecteurs \u00e9lectriques, gaz et chaleur et de l\u2019int\u00e9gration des technologies de demain.\n<span href=\"https:\/\/www.minesparis.psl.eu\/persee\/la-recherche\/materiaux-et-procedes-pour-lenergie\/\">MATPRO<\/a>, ce laboratoire compte aujourd\u2019hui plusieurs bancs d\u2019essais pour d\u2019une part, la caract\u00e9risation des mat\u00e9riaux (\u00e9lectrodes et membranes) en conditions de fonctionnement, apr\u00e8s int\u00e9gration en assemblages membrane-\u00e9lectrodes (AMEs), sur <strong>bancs monocellule<\/strong> (piles \u00e0 combustible 24\/5 et \u00e9lectrolyseurs PEM 25 cm\u00b2, AEM 5 cm\u00b2) et d\u2019autre part, l\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u2019innovations technologiques pour syst\u00e8mes pile \u00e0 combustible sur <strong>banc stack<\/strong> <strong>10 kW<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container
