Ce sont donc des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 inclure dans la formation de (futurs) professionnels, en formation initiale ou en formation continue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Savoir agir en milieu incertain et \u00e9volutif, stimuler la r\u00e9silience, combiner aspects techniques, scientifiques et humains dans une approche holistique et savoir \u00eatre cr\u00e9atif : quelle p\u00e9dagogie pour d\u00e9velopper ces comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires ?<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-6\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fort d\u2019une expertise <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">av\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/span>, l\u2019ISIGE a initi\u00e9 un programme de recherche pour tirer des enseignements des exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es et les croiser avec la d\u00e9finition progressive des besoins des futurs professionnels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les travaux de recherche visent \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des connaissances, des m\u00e9thodes, des mod\u00e8les et des outils pour aider les acteurs de la formation \u00e0 formuler des r\u00e9ponses p\u00e9dagogiques efficaces et adapt\u00e9es aux enjeux de la transition, avec un focus sur les limites plan\u00e9taires et les notions de syst\u00e9mique (<span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">\u00e9cologiques, sociologiques, industrielles, territoriales&#8230;)<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"container block-full-largeur\">\n\t<div class=\"row mt-4\">\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Notre expertise repose sur une approche bas\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois sur l\u2019analyse de terrain \u00e0 travers des exp\u00e9rimentations p\u00e9dagogiques, <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">et sur une structuration syst\u00e9mique des observations et de la prise en compte de l\u2019anticipation des changements globaux \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;approches en prospective.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Ces travaux, qui concilient th\u00e9orie et pratique, permettent de : <strong>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Identifier les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour pr\u00e9parer par la formation \u00e0 accompagner les transitions \u00e9cologiques et comprendre le processus \u00a0qui permet de passer de la prise conscience des urgences environnementales, \u00e0 une action transformante coop\u00e9rative.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Imaginer et tester de nouvelles p\u00e9dagogies permettant d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir ces comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Accompagner les enseignants dans la prise en compte de ces enjeux dans les formations \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un cadre conceptuel rigoureux et test\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Aider les (futurs) cadres des entreprises et autres organisations \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des strat\u00e9gies et
