Par exemple, dans le cas des composites, les \u00e9tudes vont de l\u2019\u00e9chelle du sous-syst\u00e8me (quelques dizaines de centim\u00e8tres) \u00e0 celle des mono-filaments de quelques microm\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les donn\u00e9es microstructurales obtenues sont ensuite utilis\u00e9es pour guider la conception des mod\u00e8les, afin de comprendre la r\u00e9ponse m\u00e9canique du mat\u00e9riau et pr\u00e9dire son comportement sous diverses sollicitations.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-6\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chaque classe de mat\u00e9riaux n\u00e9cessite une \u00e9tude syst\u00e9matique de la taille du volume d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat exp\u00e9rimental et des donn\u00e9es stochastiques afin de mieux comprendre la variabilit\u00e9 des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du mat\u00e9riau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une collaboration \u00e9troite entre l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation et la mod\u00e9lisation est essentielle : elle se fait depuis la conception des essais jusqu\u2019au calcul de structures, et permet de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux probl\u00e9matiques industrielles et scientifiques sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"container block-full-largeur\">\n\t<div class=\"row mt-4\">\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n\t\t\t<h2>M\u00e9canique exp\u00e9rimentale : approche et techniques<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les recherches men\u00e9es au p\u00f4le MEM se concentrent sur l\u2019\u00e9tude de la microstructure des mat\u00e9riaux sous sollicitation thermom\u00e9canique. L\u2019objectif est de constituer une base de donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cieuse qui permette de relier les observations \u00e0 des comportements plus globaux du mat\u00e9riau.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Essais in situ et observation microstructurale<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le p\u00f4le MEM utilise des techniques avanc\u00e9es telles que la tomographie et la laminographie pour analyser les m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9formation des mat\u00e9riaux en volume. Ces techniques permettent d&rsquo;observer, en temps r\u00e9el, l\u2019\u00e9volution de la microstructure sous sollicitation, ce qui offre des informations cruciales sur le comportement des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9chelles.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"container block-full-largeur\">\n\t<div class=\"row mt-4\">\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n\t\t\t<h3>Deux types d&rsquo;essais m\u00e9caniques<\/h3>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"container bloc-50-50\">\n\t<div class=\"row mt-4\">\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-6\">\n\t\t\t<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">1. Essais simples et analytique<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ces essais sont con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans un cadre industriel. Ils permettent d&rsquo;optimiser la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie des \u00e9prouvettes et l&rsquo;instrumentation afin de mettre en place des m\u00e9thodologies exp\u00e9rimentales applicables aux partenaires industriels. L\u2019objectif est de fournir des r\u00e9sultats facilement exploitables, permettant une am\u00e9lioration continue des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-6\">\n\t\t\t<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">2. Essais complexes et instrumentation avanc\u00e9e<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pour des \u00e9tudes plus approfondies, des essais m\u00e9caniques complexes sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec des instrumentations pouss\u00e9es. Ces essais simulent des conditions de chargement r\u00e9el, comme celles rencontr\u00e9es dans des applications industrielles complexes. Un exemple typique est l&rsquo;\u00e9tude des cycles moteurs d&rsquo;avion sur une aube de turbine, o\u00f9 l\u2019on recr\u00e9e des conditions de chargement s\u00e9v\u00e8re en environnement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 (air, humidit\u00e9, temp\u00e9rature). Certains essais peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s dans des environnements extr\u00eames, comme la corrosion sous contrainte, en partenariat avec des laboratoires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour ce type d\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"container block-full-largeur\">\n\t<div class=\"row mt-4\">\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n\t\t\t<hr \/>\n<h2>Collaboration et synergies avec le P\u00f4le Simulation des Mat\u00e9riaux et des Structures (SIMS)<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019interaction entre exp\u00e9rimentation et mod\u00e9lisation num\u00e9rique est au c\u0153ur des travaux du p\u00f4le MEM. Les donn\u00e9es exp\u00e9rimentales collect\u00e9es lors des essais sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans des mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par le p\u00f4le SIMS, permettant ainsi de pr\u00e9dire et d\u2019optimiser le comportement des mat\u00e9riaux dans des conditions vari\u00e9es.
