Pierre Fleckinger
Professor of Economics, Mines Paris – PSL, CEDP, Affiliate Member, Paris School of Economics

Pierre Fleckinger is a professor at Mines Paris – PSL, affilated to the Paris School of Economics, and the etilab Chairholder. His research uses game theory and information economics to study markets and organizations. His expertise spans regulation, competition and environmental economics. Over the recent years, he has cultivated a research agenda integrating theory, data and fieldwork, with a specific focus on medium-sized companies. His papers have been published in various journals, such as Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Economic Literature, American Economic Journal : Microeconomics or Journal of Environmental Economics and Management.
Pierre holds a PhD in Economics from Ecole Polytechnique, an MSc in Mathematics from Sorbonne University (Paris 6) & Ecole Polytechnique, an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Lille and an Habilitation from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Before joining Mines in 2014, he was a visiting PhD student at Stanford University, a postdoctoral scholar at Columbia University and an Assistant Professor at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris School of Economics.
